There is a movement in New Zealand https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/national/401889/barbershop-movement-urges-abusive-men-to-tackle-traumatic-pasts

called She Is Not Your Rehab It calls on women to stop protecting their men, and men to take responsibility for their trauma. We can teach this to our young men, and I have been. When father’s take the boys and teach them to be like them, we need support to stop this culturally. We need a system that understands that persons who use violence need to take care of their mental health. It is unacceptable to have men using their children as weapons.
Unless we accept that this is happening we cannot culturally move this over.

Why are we not marching in the streets in the interests (or, sadly, in memory) of children at such risk? Are the courts blind? How many innocent children have to die violent deaths? Truly heartbreaking.
