I once even got to make a mask representing my “imperious voice” ( usually accompanied by a pointing finger!) and oh, she was a vile old queen.

And my old mime teacher said “old age mainly calcifies postures and attitudes we have had all along”. Loosening up, all around, might indeed be the ticket.
