Reminds me of my 8 yr old son, saw a toy? on TV that was a man with the surface skin removed so that veins and arteries , heart etc were visible. Supposedly when squeezed you could see the blood pulsing through the body. I tried to dissuade him by telling him things on TV were exaggerated and that he could spend his money in better ways. Still he insisted and so I let him spend his money and order this thing. You can imagine his disappointment when it arrived. Not at all as portrayed. A hard lesson for a little guy but one he hasn’t forgotten.

I was alternately amused and horrified to learn more about these creatures and their “inventor”, nay marketer, Herr VonBraunhut. A white supremacist who bought guns for the KKK? Not exactly the perfect gift for a feminist turning 65 after all 😂😂. When you turn 70, how about a puppy?
